Mad Chemistry

Above is the diagram from thursday’s class on metal elements.  The diagram shows the metal atoms “afloat” in the “sea” of electrons.  B) how electricity is conducted easily through this “sea” of electrons, C) heat conductivity; and D) how this “sea” allows for ductility and malleability.

    • Pencil – this will be the only acceptable way to record your data
    • Paper – spiral bound 3 subject notebook
    • Your brain – this will be the most necessary tool
    • A hair tie – all long hair must always be kept away from experiments

    • A:  90 and above
    • B:  80-89
    • C:  70 – 79
    • D: 60-69
    • F: 59 and Below

  2. i had a question on our homework. you said last thursday that we had homework. when i got home i looked on our syllabus and for that week it said no homework. what do i do?
